Better Hope Community Development Organization is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable communities in Somalia. Founded in 2019 with the mission of addressing the urgent humanitarian needs and fostering sustainable development, BHCDO focuses on a range of critical issues including education, healthcare, food security and livelihoods, Climate change, Protection and women’s empowerment.

The organization works closely with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to implement programs that promote self-reliance and resilience. BHCDO is particularly committed to empowering the displacement affected communities especially women and youth by providing them with the resources necessary to break the cycle of poverty and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
